What happens after cancellation?
After cancelling, your subscription continues until the end of the current billing period. You keep access to the service until that date. No new invoices will be created for this subscription.
The subscription status changes from Active to Cancelled, and the "Next payment" column shows the end date with the text "Ends on".
Please note: Before cancelling a hosting package, always create a backup of your website first. After the subscription ends, your files and databases will be removed.
Undo a cancellation (reactivate)

- Go to the customer portal > Financial > Subscriptions
